If you decided to take advantage by hiring me to help you with your legal problem. You can always do so by contacting me.

Normally I meet with my clients and we discuss his/her legal issue. I explain the whole proccess in details, give an idea how long it might take and my estimation with regards to the cost of legal action. Normally the overall cost consist of two parts: Court's fee which are 100% recoverable and my fee (which are partially recoverable).

If I decide to accept the case I will require : an agreement which stipulates all details of my service, my fee and your obligations; and a retainer (deposit). the amount of the deposit might vary but normally it is between $200 and $400, depends on the complexity of work. The retainer is payable to my trust account, and I will be able to take this money only after the initial work is done and the statement/bill have been issued to you.

After the payment is made I start working on the file immidiately and give you an update from time to time. I am not going to make any steps/motions without your consent. Accordingly I am going to bill you on a weekly/bi-weekly basis if necessary.
